More chances to win with MongoDB's weekly challenge

While you're waiting to hear back about hackathon prizes, we just launched a new online competition. It's called Eliot's MongoDB World Weekly Challenge.

Each week we will introduce a new challenge based on MongoDB. Prizes start at $1,000 for week 1 and continue to increase each week until it’s $6,000 by the 6th week. Each challenge should take a few hours to complete.

We know as devs your expertise lies behind the scenes - so keep building! However, the submission video needs time too. It's often the first thing that judges and voters review.

Quick-start guide

It’s time to get started with the MongoDB World Hackathon! Once you have officially registered (if you haven’t done so already) we’ll be sending you regular updates throughout the competition. Submissions are due April 30, 2019 at 5:00pm ET.

  1. Get set up right. Easily deploy a free 512 MB database with MongoDB Atlas. Or head over to the MongoDB Download Center to get started with MongoDB locally. Be sure to check out MongoDB Stitch, which lets you host websites, run serverless functions, and automatically sync data with mobile devices.
