New Apps

Rule:
(iv) New: Applications must be newly created by the Maker during the Hackathon Submission Period.

Does that mean apps created for past hackathons do not qualify?

  Can I start creating application now from scratch if it is not too late and still be considered for prizes or eligible for submission.

  No - not too late. You can ABSOLUTELY register and start creating. The great thing about MongoDB is that getting started is super simple... especially with MongoDB Atlas and Stitch.
